Convert inches to gallons in a cylinder

We commonly rent different size fuel tanks. Some are rated 100 barrels appox. 4200 gallons. This tank is skid mounted appox 12 foot diameter (round) by 10 foot long seam to seam plus the end caps. I would like to convert inches to gallons. Three of us are working on this and we can't seem to agree on the correct formula. Any help will be appreciated.
