Lux is unit for measuring the illumination (illuminance) of a surface. It is the amount of light received per unit of surface area.
You can' t convert watt, which is power, to Lux.

But you can convert lux to watts/meter sq.
1Lux=0.001496 watts/sq. meter
or 1 lux=0.0001389 watts/sq foot

"watt/square meter" and "watt/square foot" are "heat flux density" units.
I don't think you can convert between them and Lux, but I am not sure. Your conversion might be for a specific product.
