[b]Can anyone tell me what the abbreviations "kN", "Nm" refer to in a measurement of force.  I am discussing the force of an adjustable pin tool.  In particular the Question is:  What is the supply force of 90kN?  What is maximum torque of 340Nm?  The nomenclature is coming to me from UK.  Thanks for any input.  Col.
