does anyone know what 8.71 km^3 is converted into m^3?  if so can you please tell me how to do it and/or the answerso i can figure it out.  thanks  :)

km^3 is cubic kilometers
m^3 is cubic meters

8.71 km[sup]3[/sup] = 8,710,000,000 m[sup]3[/sup]

thank you is there a line to move the decimals point like
is it     G M K D C M u(micro) N  or is there more ?
