Natural Gas Conversion

I'm seeking assistance in determining the conversion factor of natural gas flow from pounds per hour to mmbtu.  

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I found this data:

1 cubic foot of natural gas = 1,087,200 joule

It is not exactly what you wanted, but a good start I guess. You'd have to do a bit more converting to get what you're looking for.  Converting cubic foot to pounds for instance.
