Grams per meter to ounces per yard

Help! Can anyone give me a clue about how to convert grams per square meter to ounces per square yard? Here's one of the conversions I need to do : 190grams per square meter is the metric weight of a certain fabric. I want to convert it to American measurements (ounces per yard).

One gram per square meter is equal to about 0.0294935 ounces per square yard

190 * 0.0294935 = 5.603765 oz/yd²
