Ounces to cups, not liquid

How do you convert solid ounces to cups?  Specifically, I need to know how many cups (or part of a cup) is 2 ounces of pasta.

I found data that says:

pasta, egg noodles 5.0 cups per pound
pasta, macaroni 3.9 cups per pound

Since there are 16 ounces in a pound.....

1 ounce of pasta, egg noodles = 5/16 = 0.3125 cups (about 1/3 cup)

1 ounce of pasta, macaroni = 3.9/16 = 0.24375 cups (about 1/4 cup)
