Those are two different kinds of units. I am not sure how I would go about converting between the two.
What is the conversion for?

:)1 Bq = 2.7E-11 Ci (Currie) or 1 Currie = 27TBq :)

That above conversion is not correct. 1 Ci = 3.7E10 Bq
As far as other nuclear conversions, it might also be nice to have the following:
1 Bq = 1 disintegration/second
1 Gy = 100 rad
1 Sv = 100 rem
1 rad = about 1 rem
