I did some searching and found out that:
1 ft of natural gas = 1,087,200 joules

Have to use some algebra to work out your conversion.

1 ft = 0.0283168 m
1,087,200 joule = 0.0103071 therm [U.S.]
so
0.0283168 m of natural gas = 0.0103071 therm [U.S.]
1 m of natural gas = 0.3639924 therm [U.S.]

So 0.3639924 is the conversion factor from m to therm [US]

$0.43 / 0.3639924 = 1.181343
You would be paying about $1.18 per therm
