hi there:
i am conversion challenged and would like a little help from someone. i would like to administer a 2.5 g/kg dose of 8% (wt/vol) ethanol. how do i convert this to ml/kg? basically, how many ml/kg would i administer? thank you for your help.

A weight to volume conversion requires the density of the substance.
If you can find out the density, or the specific gravity, I can create the conversion for you from that.

let's assume 1g/ml is the density. does that help? thank you so much.

That would make it a straight 1 to 1 conversion.
1 g/kg = 1 ml/kg
2.5 g/kg = 2.5 ml/kg
