Here is the thing I have a syringe that equals in cc's and i have another in ml.  My question is how many 50cc's in a syringe is equal to a 3ml syringe?

cc is a symbol that stands for cubic centimeter.

A cubic centimeter is the same volume as a milliliter.

50 cc = 50 ml
3 ml = 3 cc

The internation standard symbol for cubic centimeter is cm[sup]3[/sup] but the medical community still uses cc sometimes.
