To convert mg/m[sup]3[/sup] to mg/liter you divide by 1000.

The formula for converting mg/m[sup]3[/sup] to ppm is:
ppm = (mg/m[sup]3[/sup] * 24.45) / (molecular weight)

Many places you might find the conversion factor of 1 ppm = 1 mg/liter. Though that is only correct for pure water at 4 degree Celsius. It is ok for an estimate though.
