Could you please advise the conversion factor to convert the American standard-- loaded aircraft moment- of pound-inches/1000 to the metric equivalent of Kg.mm.

You can calculatue an unknown factor by converting the basic units.

1 pound = 0.4535924 kilogram
1 inch = 25.4 millimeter

(pound inch)/1000 = (0.4535924 * 25.4)/1000 = 0.01152124696

So to convert pound inch/1000 to kilogram millimeter, you multiply by 0.01152124696
