First you need to convert everthing to the same unit type, such as feet, and square feet.  So convert the thickness to feet.

4 inches = 1/3 feet

The formula for volume is:
Volume = Area * Height

2600 feet * 1/3 feet = 866.666667 cubic feet

There are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard, so:
866.666667 cubic feet / 27 = 32.098765 cubic yards

So you'd need about 32 cubic yards of cement to cover your driveway 4 inches thick.
