Cups to Grams

I have a recipe that calls for 1/3 a cup of milk powder.  While I would prefer skim milk powder, I'd take whole milk powder at this point.

Anyway, I need to convert that in to grams to do some measurements, but I have no idea how many grams of milk powder are in a cup.  Can anyone help?

According to the Rec.Cooking.FAQ, there are 115 grams in a cup of powdered milk.

It does not specify wether it is skim or whole, it just says powdered milk.

1/3 cup would be about 38 grams.
