i really need to know how to convert ppm to molarity.

I have ....421ppm of dissolved oxygen (O2) in 1L of tap water and i need to find the molarity. The problem is with converting mg to ml. Can you help?

If you're just trying to convert milligrams of water to millilters of water, I can help with that. Water has a density of 1 kilogram/liter, which is 1000 milligram/milliliter

As far as converting concentration to to molarity, that I cannot help you with. But I found a couple links:

(about half way down the page is a molarity to PPM section)

http://www.ilpi.com/msds/ref/concentration.html
(a bunch of reading here)
