Square feet and Perimeter

Regarding Area:

If I know the square footage of something, but not the exact factors that are multiplied together to get the Total Area (square footage) can I figure out the Perimeter?

No you cannot.

For example, lets say you have a 100 square foot yard.

If it is 10 feet by 10 feet, the perimeter is 40 feet and the area is 100 square feet.

If it is 20 feet by 5 feet, the perimeter is 50 feet but the area is still 100 square feet.
