Have to problems i can't seem to figure out.
1st:
1 GPA to 10^3 PSI?
2nd:
200 10^6 PSI to kN/mm^2

You can convert Gigapascal (GPa) to pounds/square inch (PSI) on the Pressure conversion page. Then divide by 1000 to change to 10[sup]3[/sup] PSI.
I am not sure why I do not have kilonewton/square millimeter on the pressure page, I will add that to my to-do list. But I can help you here.
200 * MMPSI *6,894.75728 / 1000 = 1,378.951456 kilonewton/square millimeter
